Female Casanova Cheats Men Thousands Of Ringgit

The pic is for illustration only

In recent news reports a 'beautiful' 25 year old woman known as Michelle Lee Pai Yin conned 6 men thousands of ringgit since 2002.

The woman has allegedly conned 6 men to marrying her in the traditional Chinese ceremony by claiming she was pregnant, then later, ran off with money belonging not only to them, but also to their relatives and friends.

After befriending the men and persuading them to marry her, the woman would give her victims various excuses in postponing their marriage registrations, agreeing to only participate in the customary Chinese wedding ceremony.

In the latest incident, the woman befriended a 25 year old man on Facebook in March and asked him out the next day.

The victim, in a newspaper interview, said that after their first date, the con woman insisted in following him back to his home under the pretext of wanting to use the Internet. But once she was in his home, she went straight to his room and they had sex.

She subsequently moved in with him and she insisted on having regular sex with him in an attempt to get pregnant. A month later she told him that she was pregnant but refused to go for a pre-natal check-up.

In May, they went through a Chinese wedding ceremony in the victim’s hometown in East Malaysia.

The woman allegedly collected RM300,000 from family members of the "groom" before disappearing.

According to one of her "husbands", she was very cunning in creating the illusion that she was pregnant. She had bought pre-natal health supplements and wore large clothings to give the impression she was pregnant.

I cannot believe that there are men in Malaysia who are still so naive. I have seen women taking advantage of men all the time especially in clubs and restaurants. These men are born to be "sui yu" (literally meaning "water fish" a term in Cantonese referring to a sucker).

Beware Of The Boatmen At Local Island Resorts

This picture is for illustration only

It was reported by a local daily recently that boatmen ferrying visitors to 2 famous island resorts in Peninsular Malaysia had sexually taken advantage of women tourists after offering them drinks spiked with drugs.

The boatmen would allegedly first befriend solo women travellers and will offer spiked drinks to these women before taking advantage of them.

It is also possible, says the news report, that the boatmen could have been using black magic in the form of minyak dagu, or corpse oil on the woman. Some believe that applying Minyak dagu on women makes them lose inhibitions and enter into a trance-like state open to seductive suggestions.

Minyak dagu is normally obtained from a Bomoh (local Shaman). The oil is believed to be extracted from the chin of a dead person. To do this, the Shaman will exhume a fresh grave, heat the fat at the chin of the corpse to collect its oil in a small bottle. He would then perform magical rituals to empower the oil which can be used for many different supernatural ends.

Top 10 Beaches In Malaysia

Lonely Planet has recently ranked Pulau Perhentian's beach as the 5th "Best Beach to Swing a Hammock" in its 1000 Ultimate Experiences for 2010. It says, "The palm-fringed beaches of the Perhentian Islands, covered in tropical rainforest, are about as natural as they come: calm, hassle-free and with virtually no signs of commercialisation,"

This is the NST's Zalina Mohd Som's selection of the top 10 beaches in Malaysia:

1 - Pulau Perhentian, Terengganu

This exotic island has always been a personal favourite. I remember very well the swing hung from a big tree at the beach fronting Cozy Chalet at Pulau Perhentian Besar. This stretch of beach is dotted with big trees and any spot is perfect to hang a hammock or a swing.

2 - Pulau Sibu Besar, Johor

This one-resort island has four beaches, each with its own unique character. My favourite is Beach Four, secluded and separated by a rocky hill where Sibu Island Resort’s Check-point Two is located. Its shallow water exposes dead corals and straight-up bakau tree roots, giving an edge to the beach. Further across the water are three little islets — Kukus, Sibu Hujung and Lima.

3 - Pulau Tioman, Pahang

Much have been said about this beautiful island. But my favourite beach is at Kampung Air Batang where favourite backpacker’s spot, Nazri’s Place, is located. Huge ketapang trees dot the beach, giving a wonderful canopy not only for hammock swingers but also for those going for those high-back benches. Either swinging in a hammock or sitting on one of the benches, the beach is a perfect spot for watching the glorious sunset.

4 - Pantai Kelanang, Selangor

Formerly a playground for the folks of Kampung Kelanang in Banting, the beach is gaining popularity among KLites for a quick fix of sun, sea and sand getaway. The beach is naturally beautiful with a long stretch of white sandy beach backed by tall casuarinas and mangrove trees. There are quiet, secluded spots for a quiet moment on the swing.

5 - Pantai Bisikan Bayu, Kelantan

It’s quite tough to name one from Kelantan’s stretches of sandy beaches. My choice is between the tranquil Pantai Tok Bali and the beautiful Pantai Bisikan Bayu. Tok Bali scores with its azure waters and casuarinas-fringed beach while Bisikan Bayu has giant trees that whisper sweet nothings to lull you into slumber.

6 - Pantai Teluk Kemang, Negri Sembilan

I have two favourite spots — at Thistle Port Dickson and near Ancasa AllSuites Resort & Spa Port Dickson. The one at Thistle gives a faraway-exotic beach feel, with the happening Cumulus Bar and a pool on a wooden platform. The one near Ancasa is actually the furthest end of the famed beach. Here, the beach takes a more rugged feel with benches and camping sites, well protected by giant ketapang trees.

7 - Pantai Teluk Senangin, Perak

I’m not sure how it looks now but a few years ago, this out-of-the-way beach seemed able to give its posh neighbour Damai Laut a run for its money. This humble beach with quaint chalets and a fishing village has the right element to make it an ideal spot to laze in a hammock accompanied by a wonderful companion — that special someone or a good book.

8 - Jason Bay a.k.a Pantai Teluk Mahkota, Johor

This long beach is located at a secluded gulf at the south-east coast of Johor. It has been making its name as a spot for kitesurfing and kiteboarding. Still, the beach holds enough peace for a quiet, swing time on a hammock.

9 - Pantai Jaya Gebeng Virgin, Pahang

Compared to the State’s famed Cherating and Teluk Cempedak stretch, this rustic-themed beach surely raises some eyebrows. Hidden from view by kampung houses, this beach is located along Jalan Kuantan-Kemaman. Rustic fishing village and lush vegetation add magic to this wide, flat beach.

10 - Monkey Beach a.k.a Teluk Duyung, Penang

Located at the Penang National Park, this broad bay with flat and sandy seabed is protected by the Muka Head cape. Thanks to its unspoilt environment, the beach is one of the must-visit places for tourists, especially those staying in the Ferringhi and Teluk Bahang areas. Getting there is itself an adventure but it promises a wonderful, relaxing end.

I would have also included Pulau Redang in Terengganu and Turtle Beach and Golden Beach of Similajau National Park, Sarawak, in this list.

Pulau Redang, Terengganu

"Redang" is one of the largest islands off the east coast of Malaysia. It is one of nine islands, which form a marine park, and which offer snorkeling and diving opportunities. Access is from Merang or Kuala Terengganu on boats operated by the resorts; there is also a small airport with services operated by Berjaya Air from Singapore. The Pulau Redang archipelago comprises Pulau Redang, Pulau Lima, Pulau Paku Besar, Pulau Paku Kecil, Pulau Kerengga Kecil, Pulau Kerengga Besar, Pulau Ekor Tebu, Pulau Ling and Pulau Pinang. Pulau Redang is the biggest of all the islands in the Marine Park,

Golden Beach and Turtle Beach, Sarawak

These are the two best beaches in Sarawak, East Malaysia. Located close to each other in the Similajau National Park, they boast 30 kilometers of sandy golden beaches surrounded by wildlife. Its jungle streams, waterfalls and 185 species of bird will certainly charm first time visitors. It is normal to spot Macaques, crocodiles, turtles, gibbons and wild boars at this tropical paradise.

African Conmen In Malaysia

Today the Star reported that at least 200 people in the city have been conned of nearly RM10mil since early last year by Africans who entered the country on student visas.

The newspaper said that these "students" are actually conmen enrolled in local colleges under fake scholarships.

You can usually spot these Africans cruising in flashy cars and frequenting nightspots in the city.

These conmen Africans who have allegedly made their money in shady activities abroad decided to “settle down” in Malaysia keeping their money in local banks.

Once in Malaysia they continue with their illegal activities by targeting mostly single successful women who are either divorced or widowed. The victim include The victims include doctors and university lecturers, the newspaper reported.

In some cases, says the police, the victims met the conmen through social networking websites. These conmen would usually post pictures of other people, sometimes of famous models, just to get closer to the victims.

The police said that scams by Africans is the highest in the list of commercial crime cases in the city.

The police expressed concerned that despite numerous warnings, Malaysians continue to be duped by these African conmen.

According to various news reports, many of the victims would freely give up their money after being swept off their feet by Africans who seduced them with sweet talk and promises.

For instance, a few months ago, a local Malay tabloid reported that a grandmother was wanting to divorce her crippled husband to be with her Nigerian lover despite being cheated of RM600,000 of her EPF savings.

The 58-year-old executive, known only as Sofea, told the tabloid that she loved the Nigerian so much although she knows of his shady activities.

Sofia said, “When he was in Malaysia, I knew that he saw other local women but I just couldn’t leave him despite he being accused of stealing from them."

Sofia told the daily that when she first knew the Nigerian, he would often cook her dishes from his country.

“Since then, I was crazy for him even though he was not handsome. I gave him whatever he wanted, even paying the rental for his condominium,” she said.

However, Sofea, now believes that the Nigerian had used "black magic" to put her under a charm, and she is currently seeking treatment to remedy this.

Another story by an local online newsportal involves a 44 year old divorcee Azie who works as a bank officer who was cheated her of all her money by an African.

She met the African who was 10 years younger at shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur last year and they became lovers.

The African claimed to be a student. borrowed RM3,000 from Azie only after a month knowing her. Since then, he kept asking for money and claimed that it was rental, tuition fees etc. After borrowing a total of RM80,000 from her, the African disappeared.

A few days ago there was also a news report of a mother who suspected that her missing daughter had become a drug mule for an African crime syndicate. The mother said that her daughter was frequently on Facebook and had befriended a group of African men recently.

Read more on how desperate women get conned.

What makes local women fall for the obviously dubious character of these African "students" ?

Ubat Kuat Lelaki

Picture is for illustrative purposes only

The Health Minister has advised Malaysian men against using unregistered aphrodisiacs, commonly referred to as "ubat kuat lelaki" as these products contain scheduled poisons.

Apparently most of these products sold in the market generally contain poisons like sildenafil, tadalafil and verddanafil.

The Health Minister told a local daily that these 3 drugs, normally used to treat erectile dysfunction, can only be prescribed by a doctor or registered pharmacist and misusing these poisons can lead to health problems such as heart attack, stroke, brain haemorrhage, high blood pressure, and loss of hearing and sight.

There are loads of "ubat kuat lelaki" in the market which obviously feeds the high demand for them. I've even seen advertisements pasted under a flyover.

One product is advertised as "Inilah minyak ajaib yang boleh meguatkan senjata para lelaki. Produk istimewa ini akan memulihkan tenaga batin zakar anda dan menambahkan keyakining diri anda."

New BlackBerry Torch Malaysia - Review & Price

RIM (Research In Motion Ltd., the Canadian company that makes the BlackBerry) and AT&T introduced the latest BlackBerry yesterday morning - the BlackBerry Torch 9800. This is the first BlackBerry to run on the BlackBerry OS 6 and it is also RIM's first slider keyboard phone.

This new phone combines a touch-screen interface with a slide-out version of Blackberry's signature Qwerty keyboard.

The Black Berry Torch and its new operating system is predicted to assist BlackBerry to retain, if not increase, its market share. According to technology pundits, this phone was launched to neutralise the Apple iPhone's increasing popularity and the onslaught from other new generation smartphones.

Although the combination of the touch screen and a physical keyboard gives us the best of both worlds, but some commentators are disappointed that it has a lower resolution screen. Whilst the display is sufficiently clear for one to read text and view media but it is pale in comparison to high resolution screens on the iPhone and other smartphones such as the Samsung Vibrant.

Further, its 624MHz processor feels relatively underpowered in contrast to the latest smartphones available.

Having said all the above, I believe this phone will still be popular with existing BlackBerry users as they generally want a phone mainly for office use and are not the type to use their phone as a gaming or multimedia device for entertainment.

The BlackBerry Torch will cost $199 in the US.

We, however, do not as yet know when this phone will be available here or how much it would sell for in Malaysia.

Wook Kundor's Secret To Keeping Younger Men

Wook Kundor, a 108 year old woman from Kuala Terengganu who has married numerous younger men, has a secret. She has, thus far, married 23 men.

Wook Kundor told a local daily that she has a “special massage” she learned from her ancestors. This massage is her secret weapon in keeping her numerous younger husbands from straying.

Without going into the details of the massage technique Wook Kundor says its a massage which focuses on rubbing the sensitive parts of the body.

Wook Kundor says that she uses the same massage to keep all her previous 22 husbands true to her until their deaths.

She says when her latest husband (husband no. 23) Mohd Noor Che Musa. 38, starts talking about younger women, she will start massaging him to dissuade him from thinking about them.

She said that it usually takes about an hour to complete the massage that will totally relax her partner. She also confessed that massage creates a closer bond between husband and wife.

Apart from massage, Wook Kundor also keeps all her husbands happy by cooking them delicious meals.

She also avoids nagging her husband as she believes nagging could lead to a strained relationship and an eventual break-up in the marriage.

Wook Kundor says keeping herself clean at all times and performing her daily prayers also helps strengthen a marriage.
