DBKL Has Launched Its 24 hour Toll-Free-Hotline

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur), DBKL has launched its 24 hour toll-free-hotline in January:


This enables those residing in KL to lodge complains 24 hours a day. The centre is using the Intergrated Public Agency Complaints Monitoring System which is available in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Tamil.
