The usual way to surf the internet anonymously or to access websites blocked by your ISP is to use proxies.

A proxy acts as a computer between your ISP and the rest of the web. Thus, instead of connecting directly to the web from your computer via your ISP, you connect to a proxy through your ISP, and the proxy connects your computer to the web.

Your Computer --> ISP --> Web

The Proxy Way

Your Computer --> ISP --> Proxy --> Web

Some proxies charge a fee but many are free to use and are quite easy to configure in your computer system.
