St John's Institution Is Now A National Heritage Site


The Malay Mail reported that 106 year old St John's Institution at Bukit Nanas was declared heritage building yesterday.

The school was founded by the La Salle Christian Brothers on 18 January 1904 and was named after St John Baptist de La Salle.

St John's Institution trademark of red and white Romanesque architectural has been part of building this nation producing outstanding Malaysians such as Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, several cabinet ministers and corporate personalities.
